		Appellant<br>has<br>made<br>out<br>arguable<br>points
		against the judgment of acquittal.<br>Hence, we are
		inclined to admit the appeal.

		Call for records.
		Within<br>a<br>fortnight<br>on<br>receipt<br>of<br>notice,
		respondent Nos.2 to 5 shall appear before the trial
		Court and upon appearance, the trial Court shall
		release them on bail to its satisfaction pending
		hearing of the appeal, failing which the trial Court
		shall be at liberty to issue processes to ensure their
		attendance in accordance with law.
