WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through their Advocate Sri Nageswara Rao Turaga presented this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ or direction or order more in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent to cancel the pattadhar pass book and title deeds in favour of the petitioners herein/appellants in A.S. 67 of 2019 vide proceedings No. REV-DSEC/150/2019-SA(D5)-COLLKRNL dated 06.04.2021 is illegal, arbitrary, unjustified and violation of articles under 14, 21 and 300(A) of Constitution of India and consequently to set aside the proceedings No. REV-DSEC/150/2019-SA(D5)-COLLKRNL dated 06.04.2021 issued by $3^rd$ respondent to cancel the pattadhar pass books and title deeds in favour of the petitioners herein/appellants in A. S. No. 67 of 2019.

AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Nageswara Rao Turaga, Advocate for the Petitioner, directed issue of notice to the Respondent Nos.6 to 10 herein to show cause as to why this WRIT PETITION should not be admitted.
