WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through its Advocate Sri. Vijaya Bhaskar Moola, presented this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be p.leased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the Provisional Assessment Order issued by the 3rd Respondent vide Lr.No.ADE/O/APT/ Sub Eng/F.Doc MP/D.No.1256/18 dated 29-09-2018 as illegal, arbitrary and unjust and consequently direct the Respondents to drop all further proceedings against the Agricultural Service Conne6ti6n of the Petitioner bearing S.C.No.1441201103500027, situated in Ramavaram Village, Anaparthi Mandal, East Godavari District in this regard;
