Smt S. Pranathi, learned Special Government Pleader for the State, seeks some more time to file the affidavit in terms of the previous order, dated 08.01.2025, as she states that the information has to be collected from a number of departments which are involved.

We also direct the Member Secretary, A.P. State Legal Services Authority to explain as to why the report, which we had sought from the District Legal Services Authorities from all the districts, has not been submitted till date even though the order passed by us is stated to have been communicated to this office.

Needful be done in four (4) weeks.
