ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents.

The instructions given to the learned Government Pleader for Revenue show that pursuant to the application made by the petitioner on 09.02.2022 action was taken with regard to the land in Sy.No.205/2 and 205/4. The notices have been issued to all the parties concerned with the survey could not be conducted as the farmers == did not attend the survey the suitable date is tbe issued. Notice to be issued after completion of survey in === Sy.No.709/1 is concenrd, the department what is in a counter a difficulty and other paties in possession of the property therefore issue has been referred to the Deputy Insepctor of Survey, office of the RDO, Anantapur to take a decision. A copy of the isntructions can kept in the file. It is stated that === compelte the survey in Sy.No.705/1, 203/4 in a shortest possible time. This is noted. As far as == is concerned they are directed to take further steps to take a decision on the matter and take further steps in accordance with law. the entire action should be completed. The 3rd and 4th respondents are directed to take all necessary action as necessary within a period of eight

weeks from the date of a copy of this order and complete the survey in all respects as per law.

With the above direction the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Applications, if any, pending shall also stand closed.
