Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the respondents 1 & 2 in trying to disposes the petitioners from the agriculture land extent Ac. 1.83 cents in Sy.No.974/1, Ac.1.75 cents in Sy.No.974/1-B and Ac.1.38 cents in Sy.No.974/5 of Gadanki Village, Pakala mandal, Chittoor District without following due process of law for purpose of acquiring the land without initiating the land acquisition proceedings under the provisions of Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 as arbitrary, illegal and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 not to disposes the petitioners from the agriculture land extent Ac. 1.83 cents in Sy.No.974/1, Ac.1.75 cents in Sy.No.974/1-B and Ac.1.38 cents in Sy.No.974/5 of Gadanki Village, Pakala mandal, Chittoor District without following due process of law in the interest of justice.

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents 1 & 2 not to disposes the petitioners from the agriculture land extent Ac. 1.83 cents in Sy.No.974/1, Ac.1.75 cents in Sy.No. $974/1$ -B and Ac.1.38 cents in Sy.No.974/5 of Gadanki Village, Pakala mandal, Chittoor District without following due process of law, pending disposal of the WP 10976 of 2020, on the file of the High Court.
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the order of the High Court dated 08-07-2020 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of M/s. C Jhansi Rani, Advocate for the Petitioners, GP for Revenue for Respondents and the Court made the following.
ORDER:
"Learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that counter affidavit is ready and the same would be uploaded. Let the same be done after furnishing a copy to the learned counsel for petitioners.
