WHEREAS the Petitioner has presented under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act 1971, above case through her counsel M/s D.Kodanda Rami Reddy, praying that this Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to punish the respondents herein for willfully and deliberately flouted the orders in W.P.No.3700 of 2023, dated 20.12.2023;

WHEREAS the said case coming on for orders as to admission on this day and whereas the High Court, upon perusing the affidavit filed therein and upon hearing the arguments of M/s D.Kodanda Rami Reddy, Advocate for the Petitioner, directed issuance of Notice to the respondent Nos.7 & 8, to show cause as to why in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support thereof, the said case should not be admitted.
