Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard the learned counsel for the respondent.

At the time of considering the matter, it is fairly stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that though the respondent-contemnor issued proceedings dated 11.03.2024, contrary to the interim direction dated 04.09.2023 in W.P.No.23011 of 2023, subsequently, vide proceedings dated 12.04.2024, the earlier proceedings were withdrawn. In view of the same, the Contempt Case is closed. No costs.
