WHEREAS the Petitioners have presented under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act 1971, above case through their counsel M/s N.Ashwani Kumar, praying that this Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to punish the respondents herein for willful violation of the orders in I.A.No.1 of 2023 in W.P.No.23011 of 2023, dated 04.09.2023;

WHEREAS the said case coming on for orders as to admission on this day and whereas the High Court, upon perusing the affidavit filed therein and upon hearing the arguments of M/s N.Ashwani Kumar, Advocate for the Petitioners, directed issuance of Notice to the respondent, to show cause as to why in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support thereof, the said case should not be admitted.
