		The above writ petition is filed to declare the
		inaction on the part of the respondents 2 to 4 in deleting
		the name of the 5th<br>respondent from the Revenue
		records and cancelling the Pattadar Pass Book issued to
		the 5th respondent in respect of land in Sy.No.722/1 to
		an extent of Ac.4.09 cents situated at Rudravaram
		Village, Kurnool Rural Mandal, Kurnool District, as illegal
		and arbitrary.
		The<br>Tahsildar,<br>Kurnool<br>Rural<br>Mandal<br>issued
		notice dated 22.01.2024 to the petitioner pursuant to
		Spandana representation dated 09.11.2023.

		Learned<br>Assistant<br>Government<br>Pleader<br>for
		Revenue,<br>on<br>instructions,<br>would<br>submit<br>that<br>the
		Tahsildar, Kurnool Rural Mandal issued Endorsement
		vide Rc.B.18/2024 dated 01.04.2024<br>and the same was
		communicated to the petitioner. In fact, one M.Suvarna,
		received the said endorsement on 07.04.2023 at 6.36
		AM.

		counsel for the petitioner seeks time to get instructions.
