Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Appeal, the High Court may be pleased to grant LEAVE to file present writ appeal against the order dated 07.11.2019 passed in W.P.No.17486 of 2019, pending disposal of WA No. 364 of 2021, on the file of the High Court.

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Appeal, the High Court may be pleased to suspend the operation of order dated 07.11.2019 passed in W.P.No.17486 of 2019, dt.03.11.2020, pending disposal of WA No. 364 of 2021, on the file of the High Court.

Heard Mr.P.Rajasekhar, learned counsel for the appellants.

None appears for the respondents despite the name of the counsel being shown in the cause-list. On the last occasion on 17.08.2021 also, none appeared for the respondents.

Issue notice on I.A.No.2 of 2021, which is an application for leave to appeal, returnable in six weeks.

Steps upon respondents by registered post with acknowledgement due.

Until further orders, the order dated 07.11.2019 passed by learned single Judge in W.P.No.17486 of 2019 shall remain suspended.
