None appears for the respondents despite the name of the counsel being shown in the cause-list. On the last occasion on 17.08.2021 also, none appeared for the respondents.

Issue notice on I.A.No.2 of 2021, which is an application for leave to appeal, returnable in six weeks.

Steps upon respondents by registered post with acknowledgement due.

Until further orders, the order dated 07.11.2019 passed by learned single Judge in W.P.No.17486 of 2019 shall remain suspended.
