| Mr.<br>B.<br>Adinarayana<br>Rao,<br>amongst<br>other | |||
| submissions,<br>submits<br>that<br>G.O.Ms.No.927<br>dated | |||
| 20.11.1982,<br>G.O.Ms.No.995<br>dated<br>16.12.1982<br>and | |||
| G.O.Ms.No.420 dated 18.11.1995 were upheld by a Full | |||
| Bench of this Court<br>in P.V.S.V. Prasada Rao. V. | |||
| Visakhapatnam,<br>reported<br>in<br>Andhra<br>University, | |||
| 2006 (2) ALD 1 (FB), and, therefore, the order of the | |||
| learned single Judge cannot be sustained in law. | |||
| Mr.<br>Ponnavolu<br>Sudhakara<br>Reddy,<br>learned | |||
| Additional Advocate General, submits that in view of the | |||
| judgment of the Allahabad High Court referred to in the | |||
| impugned judgment, which is affirmed by the Hon'ble | |||
| Supreme Court,<br>and the<br>provisions of the Central | |||
| Educational Institutions (Reservation in Teachers Cadre) | |||
| Act, 2019, the submission of the learned senior counsel | |||
| appearing for the appellants is not tenable. | |||
| In response, Mr. B. Adinarayana Rao submits that |

| the aforesaid judgment will not be applicable to the | |||
| facts of the present case and that the same relates to | |||
| the Central Universities and not the State Universities. | |||

| consideration, we deem it appropriate to take up<br>this | |||
| case after summer vacation, 2021. | |||
| Registry will list this case for motion hearing on | |||

| Till then, the judgment and order of the learned | |||
| single Judge under assailment is stayed. | |||
