WHEREAS the PetitionerAS above named through their Advocate Sri P.V Krishnaiah presented this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of a Writ of Certiorari under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India calling for the records relating to the orders passed by the Hon' ble A.P. Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad dated 06.06.2016 in O.A. No. 2740/2013 with V.M.A. No. 338/2014 and C.A. No. 136/2014, and set aside the same holding the orders passed by the Hon'ble A.P. Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad dated 06.06.2016 in O.A. No. 2740/2013 with V.M.A. No. 338/2014 and C.A. No. 136/2014 as erroneous, contrary to law, against principles of natural justice as well as violating Articles 14 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India, and contrary to the principle laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of K. Rajaiah Vs. State of Andhra Pradesh reported in AIR 1987 Supplement Supreme Court Cases 345.

AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri P. V. Krishnaiah Advocate for the Petitioners, directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this WRIT PETITION should not be admitted.
