Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ or order or direction declaring the proceedings in RC.No.E2/90/2021, dated 09.02.2021 issued by the 2<sup>nd</sup> Respondent and the consequential Cancellation Deed bearing Doct.No.814 of 2021 dated 11.02.2021 as arbitrary, illegal, unsustainable and set aside the same with a further direction to the Respondents 1 to 5 not to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner over the land admeasuring Ac.5-00 guntas in Survey No.286-5A of Budili Village, Gorantla Mandal, Ananthapuram District and further restore the name of the petitioner in all the Relevant Revenue Records.
