Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ or order or direction declaring the proceedings in RC.No.E2/90/2021, dated 09.02.2021 issued by the 2^nd Respondent and the consequential Cancellation Deed bearing Doct.No.814 of 2021 dated 11.02.2021 as arbitrary, illegal, unsustainable and set aside the same with a further direction to the Respondents 1 to 5 not to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner over the land admeasuring Ac.5-00 guntas in Survey No.286-5A of Budili Village, Gorantla Mandal, Ananthapuram District and further restore the name of the petitioner in all the Relevant Revenue Records.

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the High Court may be pleased to suspend the proceedings in Rc.No.E2/90/2021, dated 09.02.2021 issued by the 2^nd Respondent and the consequential Deed of Cancellation bearing Doct.No.814 of 2021, dated 11.02.2021, pending disposal of WP 9249 of 2021, on the file of the High Court.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Prabhakar Peri, Advocate for the Petitioner and of GP for Revenue for the Respondent Nos.1 to 4 GP for Stamps & Registration for Respondent No.5, the Court made the following. ORDER:

"Learned Government Pleader for Revenue takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 and the learned Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration, takes notice on behalf of 4^th respondent and seek time to file their counter-affidavits.

Post on 25.06.2021.

In the meanwhile, there shall be interim suspension as prayed for, for a period of eight (8) weeks and the petitioner is also directed not to transfer the subject property to any other person."
