The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the memorandum of grounds filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Sri K VISWANATHAM Advocate for the Petitioner and of PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the Respondent No.1, the Court made the following

"Learned counsel for the Petitioner(s) would submit that Respondent No.2 is not at all available in India. They could not serve notice to him. <

Registry is directed to get notice served on Respondent No.2 through Court.

Meanwhile, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor is also requested to get instructions from Respondent No.2, to proceed further in this matter.
