		learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and Sri
		P.A.K. Yadav, learned Counsel appearing on
		behalf of Sri Sudhir Mattegunta, learned Standing
		Counsel for Gram Panchayat.

		has submitted the Written Instructions furnished by
		the Panchayat Secretary of Bestavaripeta Gram

		indicate that a Survey was conducted and the
		Mandal Surveyor has submitted a Report on
		19.02.2025. The said Report would indicate that
		the Writ Petitioner has encroached the Gram
		Panchayat road and constructed a compound wall.
		$3.$<br>On a specific query made by this
		Court whether any advance Notice was issued to
		the Writ Petitioner with regard to conduct of
		Survey, Sri P.A.K. Yadav, the learned Counsel
		seeks some time to obtain Written Instructions.
