Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased may pleased to direct the respondents to pay the bill amount i.e. Rs.12,33,967/-, payable to the petitioner in respect of work done i.e., construction of 60KL OHSR at Mayalur village, uyyalavada Mandal, vide agreement dated 28-02-2017 pending disposal of the Writ Petition No. 10552 of 2022, on the file of the High Court.
