Respondents
Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue Writ, order or orders specially one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the proceedings in Rc.No.527/F1/2021 dated 9-03-2021 issued by the 3rd respondent is without having jurisdiction and arbitrary, illegal, unconstitutional violating Articles 14, 16 and 21 of Constitution of India violation of the principles natural justice and consequentially directed the respondent to allow the petitioner to perform his duties in the same place duly suspending the proceedings, in the interest of justice.
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and orders of the High Court dated 18-05-2021, 11.8.2021, 15.9.2021 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri. G.RAJU Advocate for the Petitioner and of learned GP for SERVICES III for Respondents, the Court made the following.
ORDER
At request of learned counsel for the petitioner, list on 08.11.2021, for rejoinder.
No further time will be granted as learned Government Pleader expresses urgency.
Interim order granted earlier is extended till then.
