| Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in | |||
| similar<br>circumstances,<br>this<br>Court<br>passed<br>an<br>order<br>in | |||
| W.P.No.8169<br>of 2023, dated 03.04.2023. The operative | |||
| portion of the said order reads as follows: | |||
| "In view of the above, there shall<br>be an<br>interim direction directing the 5th respondent<br>to<br>continue<br>the<br>petitioner<br>in<br>service<br>till<br>completion<br>of<br>62<br>years<br>of<br>age<br>without<br>reference to the fact that he got already<br>retired from service on 31.03.2023." | |||
| Hence, in view of the aforesaid order, this Court is | |||
| inclined<br>to pass the same order in this case also. | |||
| Learned Government Pleader does not refute the said | |||
| submission. | |||
| Therefore, there shall be an interim direction to | |||
| respondent<br>Nos. 5 to 7 to continue the petitioner in service | |||
| till<br>he attain the age of superannuation of '62' years. | |||
