WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through his Advocate Sri Venkata Raghu Mannepalli presented this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent No. 2, 3 and 4 by continuing the petitioner's authorization as per permanent basis of F.P. Shop No. 10 at Kokkarayapalli Village, Chennur Mandal, Y.S.R. Kadapa District, by following the rules and regulations prescribed by the 1^st respondent and followed by the Civil Supplies Act in the State of Andhra Pradesh vide Lr.No.C/1366/2012 dated 23-04-2012 by termly renewal the petitioner name as a F.P. Shop Dealer of Shop No.10 of Kokakrayapalli Village, Chennur Mandal Y.S.R. Kadapa District.

AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Venkata Raghu Mannepalli, Advocate for the Petitioner and GP for Civil Supplies for Respondents, directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this WRIT PETITION should not be admitted.

You viz:
