		the<br>petitioners<br>and<br>Sri<br>V.R.<br>Reddy<br>Kovvuri,
		learned Standing Counsel.
		The learned Senior Counsel submitted that,
		inspite of suspending the impugned proceedings
		dt.01.11.2018,<br>the authorities are deducting the
		amount<br>fixed<br>therein.<br>As<br>such,<br>the<br>present
		Contempt Case<br>has been filed.
		To the said submission,<br>Sri V.R. Reddy
		Kovvuri,<br>learned<br>Standing<br>Counsel<br>submitted
		that,<br>as against the interim orders dt.01.11.2018
		they have already filed a counter along with a
		vacate stay application and the same is pending
		consideration before the Division Bench,<br>as such
		requested time<br>and want to request this Court to
		take up vacate stay petition.
