ORDER:-
The Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order dated 19.02.2019 in I.A. No.283 of 2018 in O.S. No.36 of 2012 on the file of the IV Additional District Judge-Cum-Family Court, Kurnool.
$2.$ Learned counsel, Mr. P. Rajasekhar, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the issue raised in the present Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.
$3.$ Recording the above said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, interlocutory applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
