ORDER:

The learned Government Pleader is present.

Ms N.Swarna Latha learned counsel representing Sri S.R.Sanku, learned counsel for the petitioners represented that the matter has become infructuous as the first revision petitioner passed away in the year2015.

In view of the disposal of the main suit it self on 5-10-2021 the revision petition has become infractuous as on 31-10-2021.

In view of the above submission, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be ho order as to costs.

As <sup>a</sup> sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
