The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.VENUGOPAL REDDY, Advocate for the Petitioners, GP for Panchayat Raj Rural Dev for the Respondent No.1 and of GP for Revenue for Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 and of Sri G.Venkata Reddy, Advocate for Respondent No.4 and the Court made the following

ORDER:

"Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Standing Counsel representing respondent No.4 placed a copy of the notice dated 03.4.2023 issued by the $4^{th}$ respondent for perusal of this Court, from a reading of which, it is clear that no permission was accorded for construction of wall around Sri B.R.Ambedkar Statue and further that such construction would create problem to go to the nearby houses.

List the matter after three (3) weeks, for reporting to the Court the developments after issuance of the notice dated 03.4.2023. Further the $4^{th}$ respondent shall ensure that no construction is undertaken in the subject
