		I.A.No. 2<br>OF 2024<br>By order dated 19-10-2023, this Court directed the trial Court
		to proceed with trial of the case expeditiously in accordance with
		law and conclude the same on or before 07-12-2023.<br>In view of
		the above order, this Court closed the criminal petition by order
		dated 07-12-2023 observing that if the trial<br>is not concluded by
		07-12-2023 as directed by this Court earlier, the same shall be
		concluded within a period of two months from the date of receipt of
		a copy of the order.
		2.<br>Thereafter, the trial Court addressed a letter to the Registry
		on 03-07-2024 seeking three months' further time for disposal of
		the case.<br>This Court by order dated 22-07-2024 granted<br>further
		three months' time to the trial Court for disposal of C.C.No. 63 of
		2015 pending on its file.
		3.<br>Now the trial Court again has addressed another letter dated
		22-10-2024 to the Registry seeking three months' further time for
		disposal of the case submitting inter alia that few more witnesses
		are to be examined in the matter and the said letter is placed on
		record as I.A.No. 2 of 2024.
		4.<br>Considering the submission of the trial Court, time granted by
		this Court by order dated 22-07-2024 is further extended by three
		months from today. The Registry shall communicate a copy of this
		order to the trial Court forthwith.
		5.<br>The application is accordingly ordered.
