Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, is filed praying that in the circumstances stated in the memorandum of grounds filed in support of the Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to consider and grant three (3) months time to dispose of C.C.No.63 of 2015 on the file of Addl. Judicial Magistrate First Class at Kandukur, Prakasam District as directed by the Hon'ble High Court in Crl.P.No.13258 of 2015 dated 07-12-2022.

Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C is filed praying that in the circumstances stated in the memorandum of grounds filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to quash the C.C.No.63/2015 on the file of Additional Judicial Magistrate First class at Kandukur, in so far as the Petitioner is concerned.
The Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the memorandum of grounds filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of SRI SANJEEV GILLELA Advocate for the Petitioner, and of PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, for the Respondent No.1.
The Court made the following ORDER:
By order dated 19.10.2023, this court directed the trial Court to proceed with trial of the case expeditiously in accordance with law and conclude the same on or before 07.12.2023 in view of the above orders, this Court closed the criminal petition by order dated 07.12.2023 observing that if the trial is not concluded by 07.12.2023 as directed by this Court earlier, the same shall be concluded with a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
2.Now the trial court has addressed a letter to the Registry on 03:07.2024 seeking three months further time for disposal of the case.

Having regard to the letter dated 03.07.2024 of the trial Court, time granted by this Court by order dated 07.12.2023 is extended by three months from today. The Registry shall communicate a copy of this Order to the trial Court forthwith.

The application is accordingly ordered.
