Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C/Section 528 of BNSS praying that for the reasons stated in the accompanying letter vide Dis No. 115, dated 24-04-2025 received from the Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, FAC.Principal Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kandukur, as forwarded by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ongole, Prakasam District, vide Dis No.2664, dated 01-05-2025 (both letters enclosed for your Lordship's kind perusal), the High Court may be pleased to consider and grant extension of time for a further period of Three (03) months time for disposal of C.C.No.63 of 2015 on the file of Additional

Judicial Magistrate of First Class, FAC.Principal Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kandukur, as directed by the Hon'ble High Court in CrI.P.No. 13258 ofVoiS, dated 07-12-2023.

This petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the letter received from the Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, FAC. Principal Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kandukur, which was forwarded by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ongole, Prakasam District, and the Order of the High Court dated 07-12-2023 in CrI.P.No.13258 of 2015.

The Court made the following;

This Court by an order, dated 19.10.2023, directed the trial court to dispose of C.C.No.63 of 2015 pending on its fiie on or before 07-12-2023. Since the trial court could not dispose of the above said Calendar Case, at the request of the Presiding Officer of the trial court, this court has initially extended three months time, vide order dated 22-07-2024 passed in I.A.No.1 of 2024, which was further extended by another three months, vide order dated 23-12-2024, passed in i.A.No.2 of 2024. Now, once again, ^a letter was addressed to the Registry by the concerned Presiding Officer of the trial court requesting further extension of three months time for disposal of the above said Calendar Case. As such, the above said letter addressed by the Presiding Officer was piaced as an Interlocutory Application No.1 of 2025 by the Registry. more

This court perused the above said letter. In view of the reasons explained in the letter, this court is of the considered view that to meet the ends of justice, i.A.No.1 of 2025 can be disposed of by extending another three more months time so as to enable the concerned trial judge to dispose of the said Caiendar Case.

Accordingly, three (3) more months time is granted from today for disposal of the aforesaid Calendar Case. However, it is made clear that no further extension will be granted.

Accordingly, I.A.No.1 of 2025 is allowed.
