Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue of WRIT OF MANDAMUS or any other appropriate Writ or Order or Direction to declare the action of the Respondent officials in releasing all the terminal benefits due to the petitioner's husband - Late Meesala Gnaneswara Rao, initiating Pension proposals, gratuity and compassionate appointment in favour of the Respondents No. 6 to 8, illegal, arbitrary, violation of the Articles 14, 15, 16, $19(1)(g)$ and 300-A of Constitution of India and consequently command the Respondent officials to deposit all the monetary benefits to the account of FC. OP. No. 60/2024 on the file of Principal Family Court, Vijayawada and withhold the appointment under compassionate grounds till disposal of the FC. OP. 60/2023 in the interest of justice.

On 31.07.2024, this Court heard Sri J.V.Phaniduth, learned counsiel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services - IV for respondents <sup>1</sup> to 3, Sri K. Sreedhara Murthy learned Standing Counsel for respondents 4 & 5 and Sri R.Venkatesh, learned counsel for respondents 6 to <sup>8</sup> and at the request of learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter was adjourned to today.
Permission is accorded.
Accordingly this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim order granted if any, stands vacated. No order as to costs.
