  2. Learned Special Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the revision petitioner Sri Alapati Basava Punnarao, S/o. Sri Alapati Bhadraiah, died on 16.07.2019 and filed Family Member Certificate showing that he was survived by his wife Smt. Alapati Lakshmi Kantamma, and certified copy of a Memo filed on behalf of this revision petitioner before the trial Court, namely, learned V Additional Junior Civil Judge, Guntur. That Memo indicates that the same was filed by the wife of the deceased - revision petitioner, stating that she

has no interest to continue the prosecution of the case before the learned trial Court.

  1. Perused the record. It indicates that as against 10 accused, C.C.No.391 of 2006 was filed and during the Learned V Additional Junior Civil Judge, Guntur vide common order dated 04.03.2009 discharged Al, A2, A4, A5, A6 and A7 in C.C.No.391 of 2006 and also discharged A8, A9, AIO in C.C.697 of 2008. progress of the case, it was split up as against some of the accused and that split up case was C.C.No.697 of 2008.

  2. Aggrieved by the discharge, the de facto complainant preferred this revision, and that the revision petitioner died in the year 2019; so far none has sought for impleadment to prosecute this revision and the papers filed before the learned Trial Court by the legal representative of the deceased revision petitioner indicates that she has no interest to prosecute the case.^

In the above referred circumstances, the Criminal

Revision Case is closed.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall

stand closed.
