| the cousin brother of the deceased, has to attend the said | |||
| function. Hence the interim bail is pleaded for a period | |||

It is seen that the petitioner has been serving sentence in Central Jail, Kadapa and his appeal is pending for hearing. We see no ground to discard the request of the petitioner.
Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the petitioner Velugu Naresh, S/o Mareiah is granted interim bail from 29.07.2022 to 02.08.2022 (both days inclusive) on the condition of his executing personal bond of Rs.10,000/- with one surety for the like sum to the satisfaction of the Superintendent, Central Prison, Kadapa. The petitioner shall be released on submission of the bond on 29.07.2022 and he shall report before the Superintendent, Central Prison, Kadapa before 05:00 PM on 02.08.2022.
