		Learned<br>standing<br>counsel<br>for<br>respondent
		Nos.2 and 3 sought short date for filing counter.
		To<br>the<br>said<br>submission,<br>learned<br>senior
		counsel<br>appearing for the petitioner<br>submitted that
		in mean time if<br>the Port authorities conduct<br>auction
		of the subject land, where lease has been granted
		to the petitioner,<br>the petitioner's rights will be
		affected and also the purpose of filing this Writ
		Petition will be defeated.
		Learned<br>standing<br>counsel<br>for<br>respondent
		Nos.2<br>and<br>3<br>submitted<br>that<br>Notification<br>for
		auctioning the subject land has not been issued so
		far.
		Recording the same, as the authorities have
		not issued any Notification for auction, this Court is
		inclined to consider the time for filing counter.
