		stating that he was instructed by his client to
		withdraw the contempt case, this contempt
		case is listed today under the caption 'for
		withdrawal'.
		This contempt case is filed in the year
		2016<br>by<br>the<br>petitioner<br>-<br>Paidipalem
		Grampanchayat Rep by its Sarpanch P. Siva
		Reddy.<br>In the letter addressed by learned
		counsel for the petitioner, it is stated that
		P.<br>Siva<br>Reddy,<br>Ex-Sarpanch<br>of<br>Paidipalem
		Grampanchayat,<br>at<br>whose<br>instance<br>the
		contempt<br>case<br>is<br>filed,<br>instructed<br>him<br>to
		withdraw the contempt case.
		In view of the issue involved in the
		contempt case, this Court is not inclined to
		permit<br>the<br>Ex-Sarpanch<br>of<br>Paidipalem
		Grampanchayat to withdraw the contempt case.
