The petition coming on for hearing, upon Perusing the Petition and the grounds filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s Shaik Asif, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Publ-lc Prosecutor for the Respondent, the Court made the following

ORDER:

[lLeamed counsel for the petitioners submits that the Petitioners herein are mother and sister of Al who is the husband of LW|1^^,ife| Leamed counsel for the petitioners further Submits that the Petitioners herein are in bail throughout the trial proceedings and the trial Court without proper appreciation~of the material on record convicted the petitioners. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that the petitioners have got fair chances to succeed in the revision.

Considering the submjssions made by the learned COunSel for the petitioners, the Sentence of imprisonment imposed by the Court below alone is suspended pending disposal of the Criminal Revision Case. The petitioners herein shall be enlarged on bail on their executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) each with two sureties for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned lI Additional Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Machilipatnam, Krishna District."
