CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.211 of 2012

ORDER:

When the matter came up for hearing, Sri B.M.Patro, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case and also made an endorsement to that effect. Permission for withdrawal is accorded.

2. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn.

3. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. Interim orders granted earlier if any, stand vacated.
