ORDER:

The petitioners are challenging the inaction of the respondents in Junior Assistants against the regular recruiting the petitioners as vacancies. The petitioners were working as private collection agents. of work of the petitioners involves verification of meter The nature reading at the customer's place of residence or business and amount on each bill.

² The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submits that as on date, none of the petitioners are working and they were never worked under the respondent company and they are working under ^a He also submits that due to change in technology, private contractor, the employees of the corporation are now assigned the duty of issuing bills at the customer's place of residence or business.

3. Considering the same, no furthers are required. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated.
