Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an order or direction or writ more particularly one in the nature $\mathbf{O}f$ WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the impugned Proceedings No.76/E2/M.D/2021, dated 04.11.2021 as arbitrary, illegal without jurisdiction and in violation of Principles of Natural Justice and by nullifying the same direct the respondents to reinstate the me or in the alternative, direct payment of salary, allowances and other terminal benefits till the date of his retirement with 18 percent interest per annum.

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct reinstatement and continuance of the Petitioner till the date of his superannuation by suspending the impugned Proceedings No.76/E2/M.D/2021. dated 04.11.2021 pending disposal of the above writ petition.

2. In view of the letter filed by learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

3. As a sequel; miscellaneous application, pending, if any. shall also stand closed.
