Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue any appropriate Writ, Order or direction, preferably a Writ in the nature of Mandamus declaring the Notification issued vide Proceedings bearing Rc.No.G2/ 613/Perusomula/2018 dated 17/06/2020 issued by the Collector, Kurnool District, in respect of the lands of the petitioners covered under the said Notification, as illegal, contrary to law, being violative of Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India by setting aside the same and pending disposal of the above writ petition, stay all further proceedings including dispossession of the petitioners in respect of their agricultural lands covered under Notification issued vide Proceedings bearing Rc.No.G2/613/Perusomula/2018 dated 17/06/2020 issued by the Collector, Kurnool District.

Petition under Section 151CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to stay all further proceedings including dispossession of the petitioners in respect of their agricultural lands covered under Notification issued vide Proceedings bearing Rc.No.G2/613/Perusomula/2018 dated 17/06/2020 by the Collector, Kurnool District, pending disposal of WP 8668 of 2021, on the file of the High Court.
