ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents.

  1. The grievance of the Writ petitioners is that, the petitioners representations, dated 21.10.2019 and 06.02.2023 for recording the names of the petitioners' lands in an extent of Ac.3.00 cents in Sy.No.508, situated at Dadulure Village to the each petitioner in the Revenue Web-land records has not been considered and disposed of so far.

  2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, the petitioners are the landless poor people and residents of Dharmavarama Revenue Division of Sri Satya Sai District. The 5th respondent under the A.P. Bhoodan movement granted some of the lands situated at Dharmavaram Revenue Division to the landless poor persons and accordingly the petitioners were also granted in an extent of Ac.3.00 for each petitioner in Sy.No.508 situated at Daduluru Village, Kanganapalli Mandal, Sri Satya Sai District vide proceedings, dated 09.05.2013. Ever since, they have been in possession and enjoyment of the subject lands which was granted by the 5th respondent Board and they are cultivating the same. But, the petitioners' names are not recorded in the Revenue Records like Form-IB and Adangals which is creating hardship to the petitioners. The 4th respondent made an enquiry and submitted report to the 3rd respondent vide RC.No.129/2019, dated -10-2019 and the 3rd respondent submitted a report before the 2nd respondent mentioning about the details of the petitioners vide proceedings, dated 20.11.2019. Though the above said representations were given by the petitioners, the respondents have not so far attended to them.

On the other hand, the learned Assistant government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for the respondents, submits that the petitioners can make application to the 4th respondent through online by following the due procedure and if so, the 4th respondent will consider and pass appropriate orders on the said applications.

In view of the above said facts and circumstances, the petitioners are directed to make online applications individually to the 4th respondent from the Village Secretariat within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of this order. On such receipt of individual applications from the petitioners, the 4th respondent shall consider and dispose of the same, in accordance with law, within a period of four (04) months thereafter. It is needless to mention that all the parties concerned shall be heard, including the petitioners herein upon verification of the records and the subject land appropriate orders shall be passed on the application of the petitioners.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
