Petition under Section 151 CPC is filed praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents to pay the amounts payable to the petitioner for the irrigation work i.e., "Improvement to canal bank in between KM.0.000 to KM.1.250 of East Channel Branch No.15 in WUA NO.208 Ullupalem Village, Koduru mandal, Krishna District" executed by him under "Neery-Chettu" programme immediately with interest thereon, pending disposal of WP No.9433 of 2022, on the file of the High Court.
