Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents not to interfere with the petitioner's peaceful possession and enjoyment of the land admeasuring Ac.0.05 cents surrounded by compound wall in survey No.225 situated at Rayadurgam Municipality, Rayadurgam Mandal, Ananthapuramu District, pending disposal of WP No. 8617 of 2021, on the file of the High Court.

The court while directing issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this application should not be complied with, made the following order. (The receipt of this order will be deemed to be the receipt of notice in the case). The Court made the following ORDER:

"It is the case of the petitioner that the land in question was allotted to the petitioner in Ex-Serviceman quota. He has produced possession certificate, dated 06.09.2003, said to have been issued by the Mandal Revenue Officer, Rayadurg, Ananthapuramu District, in proof of his possession in respect of the land in question.

Therefore, till the Government Pleader for Revenue files the counteraffidavit, there shall be interim direction to the respondents not to dispossess the petitioner from the land in question without following the due process of law, till the next date of hearing."
