Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated in the memorandum of grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to stay all further proceedings including appearance of the Petitioner in C.C.No. 812 of 2015 before the court of the V Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nellore, as against the Petitioner, pending disposal of Crl.P.No. 3166/2019 on the file of the High Court.
