As seen from the order dated 19-11-2021<br>passed by this Court, it is only respondent No. 1 who was directed<br>to extend the benefit of two notional increments to the petitioners<br>and<br>there<br>is<br>no<br>direction<br>to<br>respondent<br>No.<br>2.<br>Therefore,<br>respondent No. 2 has<br>been discharged from the contempt case as<br>he is not a necessary party.<br>Insofar as respondent No. 1 is<br>concerned, as he retired from service in the month of July, 2022,<br>his presence is dispensed with for the time being. | OFFICE<br>NOTE |
