WHEREAS the petitioner has presented this case under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, through his counsel Sri V. Padmanabha Rao, praying that this Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to punish the respondents for their willful, intentional and deliberate violation of the Order dated 19.11.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.33613 of 2013, in the interest of justice.

WHEREAS the said case coming on for orders as to admission on this day and whereas the High Court, upon perusing the affidavit filed therein, and upon hearing the arguments of Sri V. Padmanabha Rao, Advocate for the petitioners, directed issuance of notice to the respondents herein, to show cause as to why in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support thereof, the said case should not be admitted.
