WHEREAS the petitioner above named through his Advocate SRl.J.ANIL KUMAR pre.sented this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the c,rcumstances stated in the affl'davit filed therewith, the High Court may be Pleased tO issue a Writ, Order Or direction more Particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus to declaring the to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus to declaring the to issue writ, order or Direction more Particularly one in the nature of MANDAMUS declaring the in action of the Respondent Nos, 2 to 6 in initiating action against the Respondents 7 to 9, to curtail illegal`sand mining in Nandigama Constituency i.e. Gani Atkur Village, Jonnalagadda Village, Kancharla Village, lthavaram village, Aithavaram Village and Magallu Village of Nandigama constituency .in 4 mandals namely Kanchikacherla Mandal, Nandigama MandaI, Chandarlapadu Mandal and Veerullapadu Mandal, as illegal,

irregular, irrational and arbitrary, violative of Articles 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and Mines and Mineral (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 and rules framed thereunder.

AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of SRI.J.ANIL KUMAR Advocate for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader'for Mines & Geology for respondent Nos.1 to 4, learned Government Pleader for 'Home for respondent No.5 and learned Government PIeader for Revenue for `fespondent No.6, directed issue of notice to Respondents, herein reft,rnab/e ,-n four weeks to show cause as to why this W.P.(PIL) should not be admitted.
