Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents herein forthwith to release and pay the admitted bill amount of Rs.9,16,909/- vide CFMS.No.1503223 (2019-284989), Rs.9,94,737/- vide CFMS No.2018073 (2019-285845), Rs.9,14,965/- vide CFMS.No.1501128 (2019-284990), and Rs.9,18,877/- vide CFMS.No.1514127 (2019-285183) to the petitioner in respect of the works executed by the petitioner in terms of different Agreements under Neeru Chettu Programme, pending disposal of W.P. No. 9270 of 2022, on the file of the High Court.

The High court while directing issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this application should not be complied with, made the following order. (The receipt of this order will be deemed to be the receipt of notice in the case).
