Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS aggrieved by the action of the 3<sup>rd</sup> Respondent inillegally passed the impugned Order vide Rc No 25/2020A Dated 06.01.2020 which is anti-dated and without any notice and illegally dispossess the petitioner from the land in Sy No 119-13, an extent of Ac 0.15 cents situated at Narendrapuram Village, Nandigam Mandal, Srikakulam District which is highly illegal, unjust, arbitrary and contrary to law and violations of principles of Natural justice and contrary Articles 300-A, 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently ,set aside the 3rd Respondents impugned proceedings vide Rc No 25/2020A Dated 06.01.2020 and further direct the Respondents not to interfere with petitioners peaceful possession and ownership of the land in Sy No 119-13, an extent of Ac 0.15 cents situated at Narendrapuram Village, Nandigam Mandal, Şrikakulam. District

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to Suspend the IMPUGNED Proceedings of 3<sup>rd</sup> Respondent in Rc No 25/2020A Dated 06.01.2020 and direct the Respondents not to interfere with my peaceful possession and ownership of the land in Sy No 119-13, an extent of Ac 0.15 cents situated at Narendrapuram Village, Nandigam Mandal, Srikakulam District, pending disposal of WP 8815 of 2020, on the file of the High Court.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the order of the High Court order dated 15-05-2020 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of SRI S SRINIVASA RAO Advocate for the Petitioner, and of GP FOR REVENUE for the Respondents, the Court made the following.

ORDER:

"The learned Assistant Government Pleader seeks time to obtain instructions.

Post on 11.08.2020.

In the meanwhile, the interim order granted earlier is extended by a further period of two (2) weeks".
