WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through his Advocate Sri.S.SRINIVASA RAO presented this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT ofMANDAMUS aggrieved by the action of the 3rd Respondent inillegally passed the impugned Order vide Rc No 25/2020A Dated 06.01.2020 which is anti-dated and without any notice and illegally dispossess the petitioner from the land in Sy No 119-13, an extent of Ac 0.15 cents situated at Narendrapuram Village, Nandigam Mandal, Srikakulam District which is highly illegal, unjust, arbitrary and contrary to law and violations of principles of Natural justice and contrary Articles 300-A, 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently set aside the 3rd Respondents impugned proceedings vide Rc No 25/2020A Dated 06.01.2020 and further direct the Respondents not to interfere with petitioners peaceful possession and ownership of the land in Sy No 119-13, an extent of Ac 0.15 cents situated at Narendrapuram Village, Nandigam Mandal, Srikakulam District

AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri S SRINIVASA RAO Advocate for the Petitioner, directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this WRIT PETITION should not be admitted.
