ORDER:

Mr. Ravi Kumar Tolety, learned counsel for the appellant died long back and that this Court directed the Registry to issue notice to the appellant on 21.03.2023. Accordingly, the Registry also issued notice to the appellant, but the same is returned. In view of the same, it is very difficult to trace the address of the appellant to serve notice on him.

In view of the aforesaid circumstances, it is not correct to keep the matter pending without disposal for a long time. Therefore, the C.M.A is closed, while granting liberty to the appellant to approach this Court, if he has any grievance in future. No order as to costs.

The miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
