This Writ Petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India is filed for the following relief:

... to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of mandamus declaring the action of the $2^nd$ respondent in cancelling the authorization of the petitioner FP shop No.0129031 of Chetlathandra village, Santhabommali Mandal, Srikakulam District in SR.No.124/2019-S5 dated 24.12.2019, basing on the report under section 6 A of the EC Act, 1955 as illegal, arbitrary, violation of Andhra Pradesh State Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2018 and violation of the principles of natural justice and consequently set aside the same and pass such other order or orders…..

2. Sri Burlu Chandra Sekhar, the learned counsel representing Sri M.Lakshmi Narayana, the learned counsel for petitioner represented that the relief has become infructuous.

3. The Learned Assistant Government Pleader placed on record the written instructions of the 2nd respondent vide S.R.No.128 of 2019-S4 dated 29.05.2020.

4. In view of the representation, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

There shall be no orders as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
